Induction

The corporate induction programme is applicable to all new adult social care employees of Cheshire East Council and anyone moving from one service to another.  It should be supported by both the directorate and service induction process.  The induction programme consists of a ‘Getting up to Speed’ handbook for all employees, induction checklist and guide and a ‘Welcome to Cheshire East’ e-learning module.
